This website provides updates on School District No. 43's (Coquitlam) capital projects including new school construction, seismic replacements projects, additions, and other small projects.
Updates will be posted to each project page linked in the menu to the left, and may include text, photos, videos and applicable links to other websites.

A project is considered approved when it receives Ministry of Education and Child Care funding.
Burke Mountain Secondary
| New School
| Foundational concrete pours and footings are nearing completion. Shear walls are approaching full height, with steel erection set to begin in April. Shotcrete work on secant pile walls is scheduled to start at the end of March or early April, and work on the internal roadway will commence in April (March 2025).

| The design of the 12-classroom prefabricated addition is completed. The construction of the addition is expected to begin in the next few weeks (March 2025).

| The new Moody Elementary roofing, sheathing, window installation, interior wall erection, electrical wiring and mechanical equipment installation are all underway (March 2025).

| Occupancy achieved, and addition opened to students in February. Final deficiency remediation and site clean-up is in progress (March 2025).
