SD43 Board of Education advanced funds for the Project Development Report and initial stages of design to help expedite the process.

School address: 3538 Sheffield Avenue

It is a 6 acre site; sponsored Crown land grant; and OCP and Zoning is in place as part of Wesbild development application.

At the June 6, 2017 SD43 Regular Public Board Meeting, the Board of Education moved to approve advancing funds to engage an architect to begin the design process for the "Sheffield" Elementary School prior to receiving funding approval from the Ministry for a new school.
