The HWSS After Grad Event is organized and run by a parent committee. The committee is responsible for creating a safe and fun ​​​event for the graduating students to attend after​ the Graduation Dinner Dance. This committee is formed in ​October of each year​​ and comprised of parents of the graduating students. There are many ways for parents to contribute to making the event successful​ and the committee always welcomes help.​
