​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Welcome to Pinetree Secondary school's online portal. Please use this webpage as a way to initially explore and learn about our school. We are the home of the Timberwolves and we work together with over 1470 students, 75 teachers and 25 support staff.

Located on Pinetree Way across from Lafarge Park and next to the David Lam Campus, our school is unique in that it shares its site and part of its facility with both the Parks and Leisure Services of Coquitlam and Douglas College. This three-way partnership has enabled all partner groups to benefit from cost sharing in the creation of exceptional facilities. We are fortunate to have this opportunity as well as the means to develop shared programs with Douglas College and the Community Centre.  

Pinetree students have access to number of curricular and extra-curricular offerings to choose from. Academically we offer both honours and Advanced Placement courses for students. Students can also choose from a variety of elective course offerings.

Beyond classrooms our students have many opportunities to become involved in healthy, enriching and productive activities. Our school boasts strong fine and performing arts programs as well as athletics program. Our noon hour "intramural" program is exceptional; club offerings range from board games to hiking and outdoors clubs to computer and technology clubs. Both student leadership and our PAC are active and supportive.

Pinetree has a reputation as being a wonderful place for students to learn as they travel towards graduation. This reputation is a result of the hard work of students, staff and parents.
