What is the District Parent Advisory Council and How is it useful to me?
The DPAC is just like our PAC, but parents from all over the district attend. Each meeting will see us:
- run through our budget,
- get an update from either the Superintendent, or the Assistant Superintendent reviewing current issues and the district's goals for the year, such as improving and increasing students' safe access to technology and online learning
- a presentation for parents on diverse topics that are relevant to students in the district, from traffic safety, to understanding SOGI, to learning about the mental health system of care in the district
