Dear Student,

Fill the form and print a copy of it in library. Then submit it to the office with your $10.00 registration fee. This is for the entire year club membership.

If you take part in competition, there will be other costs that you may review in Parents’ section.

The first session of the club is                                        and will be continued every Fridays unless there is a Pro-D day or any other no school day.

During the final exam week of January the club will be closed, but the second semester it will be started as it will be announced in February.
