February 2020 Educational Learning Centre (ELC) Update:

School District # 43 (Coquitlam) has proceeded with Educational Learning Centre Option 2 to be located on the Winslow site.   A preliminary architect's rendering of the building shown at the Open House is attached.  We are currently in the design and permitting phase of the project.   We are hopeful construction will begin in the summer of 2020 with a completion in 2021.  Please note that a final project schedule is dependent on weather and permitting timing.
