​Messages will appear here IF SD43 decides to close schools due to unsafe winter travelling conditions. It is rare for schools to be closed. Please monitor this site or local radio stations CKNW 730, CKWX 1130 etc. 

CROSS CATCHMENT PROCESS for 2025 begins February 7th, 9 am and ends February 12th,4 pm. The cross-catchment process involves an online application that can be found on the district webpage during this window of time.
​​Any Gr. 8  student wishing to attend a high school other than the one confirmed by your address on the form recently sent home MUST complete this process within the timeframe to be considered for cross-catchment.  Additional information can be found on our website at www.sd43.bc.ca
Students of other grades wishing to attend a middle school outside their catchment including Minnekhada​(not already attending Minnekhada) also MUST complete this process within the dates and times above.
