How to be a classroom volunteer or field trip supervisor 1)Complete the Volunteer Application on KEV/School Cash Online *to be completed each year 2)Request a Criminal Record Check Fee Waiver Form from the school office *to be completed every 5 years 3)Return the ORIGINAL completed copy of your Criminal Record check to the office. Please note that applying online is the first step in the volunteering process. The school administration needs to approve all applicants to complete the process. How to be a volunteer driver 1) Complete the volunteer documents as noted above 2) Complete the volunteer driver application on KEV/School Cash Online *to be completed each year by volunteers who plan to transport students during school events or field trips. 3) Visit ICBC online to request your Personal Driving Record and have it sent directly from ICBC to kilmer@sd43.bc.ca *to be completed each year 4) Complete and submit the Volunteer Driver Certificate for Insurance to the office. *to be completed for each driving field trip Please note that applying online is the first step in the volunteering process. The school administration needs to approve all applicants to complete the process.
