After winning gold at the provincials, SD43 schools are sending six teams from three schools to Iowa (May 25-29) for Odyssey of the Mind Worlds. Teams from Harbour View Elementary, Glenayre Elementary, and Port Moody Secondary School (four teams) will represent Canada later this month. 

Odyssey of the Mind is an international educational program that provides creative problem-solving opportunities for students from kindergarten through college.

List of 2015-16 Provincial Finalists

 To help support their team's travel expenses and other related costs, several fundraising initiatives are being organized by the school communities:

• Glenayre Elementary is conducting a toonie drive May 2-6
• Harbour View Elementary is hosting a Garage Sale and Lemonade Stand on May 7. 9am-3pm at 908 Crestwood Dr, Coquitlam and also had set up a GoFundMe campaign.
